Pluto and IC conjunct, does it mean anything significant?

I have very little knowledge on this. Looking into my chart in hopes of learning how to heal. Birthtime found on my birth certificate and is accurate.

Passed off to NP who only wants to take holistic approach

I am a 29 y/o female who has been getting mental health treatment for 8 years. During this time I have tried ~26 medications, CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, partial hospitalization, and more. I have had 2 neuropsych evaluations 4 years apart where the results looked very similar. I am self aware in a sense where I can say "xyz happened, it made me feel abc that could be due to (past trauma.)" I am not self aware in a sense where I can know who I actually am and how I actually feel. I think I come across as a very stable and rational person, but I do not think I am stable or rational.

My newest provider who I only saw for a few months recently quit and I was passed off to another provider. I've met with her two times. The first time, I tried explaining that I was not stable. I expressed concerns in work, relationships, self image, emotional dysregulation, concentration. I expressed feeling like my med regimen was not working. She did not change anything and instead asked me to take a GeneSight test. I understand many psychiatrists don't believe it holds any clinical value, I feel the same way. I got nothing out of this testing except a huge bill when I was promised that they wouldnt submit it for testing unless it was covered.

My second time seeing her, I expressed these same concerns and told her I was feeling like I am at my lowest. She went over the GeneSight results and basically said this was most likely due to the MTHFR gene and not tolerating medications. She suggested a bunch of vitamins and supplements. Prenatal (not pregnant,) Vit D, Vit B12, Folic Acid. I told her that my previous provider was getting ready to get me started on Spravato. She ignored this statement and she offered Buspar due to me not being able to sleep. I said I was hesitant to again start adding new medications. She asked the normal SI questions and when I said no, I feel like I got ignored even more. I want to try Spravato and have been told by 3 providers that it may actually help me. And if it doesn't, thats fine too. She said we would start the buspar then never even sent it to the pharmacy.

I see her again in 2 days. How do I accurately express to her that I believe her holistic method will not work for me? I do believe in some holistic practice but not now when I am not stable and cant even handle activities of daily living. I have an extensive trauma history and have been given 11 diagnoses over the past 8 years, some of these issues being know as hard to treat. I am suffering and I need something to change. I don't even feel like an actual human anymore. I am not suicidal with an active plan but I know I cannot keep going like this. I have made a new appointment with a psychiatrist at the end of the month but feel like I am deteriorating more each day. I would like something to change even sooner.

[MA] Supervisor shared notes from confidential meeting to entire facility.

I requested a meeting with my boss and her boss because I had concerns about safety of staff/studdnts and concerns of staff members not following student plans with fidelity. We had this meeting and I felt supported and heard. My boss took notes throughout.

It is now a month later and I get a message from a coworker (same level as me, not higher management) with a link to the document saying "was this misplaced? I found it in ___ folder." I look and I see that this document is indeed in a folder shared with all school staff. It includes coworkers names and concerns I had with them. As well at students names and what issues were coming up that could pose a safety risk, such as being left in the class by myself with multiple 1:1 students and then support not coming when called.

Realistically I am not foolish, I know that HR is not my friend. I have been feeling frustrated for a while and have many issues I have thought of bringing up but haven't. Some of those issues being even more serious than this. I am very upset to think of how many people could have seen this document and I cannot understand how it was accidentally done. Is it something I should bring up to HR or do I let it go while I search for a new job?

Has anyone improved severe mental health issues while attempting to treat a MTHFR gene mutation?

I am new to this as I just got my results today, so forgive me if I am not understanding it completely.

I was with a med management doctor that was helping with my many diagnoses and she randomly quit. I was passed on to a new doctor who seemed more interested in my genes than my actual symptoms/history.

She ordered testing and we went over some of that today. I also explained that my current medications dont seem to be working. I am in crisis in terms of hardly being able to do daily activites. Instead of going ahead and taking me off medications or making other modifications, she gave me a long list of supplements to start taking and said I may see results in a few months.

I am about to go find a new doctor because this doesn't seem safe to me. I wont trauma dump here, but I have an extensive trauma history as well as a condition from birth that may or may not also cause mental health and related symptoms later in life (there is research on short term effects, but not much on long term.) I feel that everything I am reading online also sounds very... woo woo alternative medicine, please dont take offense. But when I see people say "I eat 6 eggs a day and it makes my life better" I just cannot take that seriously.

Sure, I have some of the symptoms that can relate to a gene mutation. But I also have many other symptoms and issues going on that do not seem realted at all. Am I wrong for feeling ignored and a little bit upset? Sure, I will take supplements because why not? But if they dont do much for me, it will mean I spent that whole time suffering for nothing. If you have had *severe* mental health/behavioral issues and started treating with supplements due to MTHFR mutation, please let me know your results and how it's helped you.

Do your companies reimburse you for property damage?

Every job I have ever worked at, prior to my current one, has reimbursed me for things like clothing being destroyed by students/clients. It hasn't happened very often, but they have alway been quick to tell me to give them the estimated price of the item so that they could pay for it.

My student ruined my sweater during a dysregulared episode and I was told I could go buy a shirt at our school store... I luckily had a backup shirt in my car. If I bought one at the school store, I would then be out $60. $30 for my original shirt and then another $30 for a school shirt. They don't pay me enough to have my personal items ruined and then to try to get me to buy their items. When I asked today, they said no to reimbursement. So my question, is this something your company would reimburse you for? Am I insane for thinking this was a common practice?

Question for owners of older Outbacks...

Does your registration say "Outback", "Legacy", or "Legacy Outback"? I got pulled over today because my registration "wasn't correct because it didn't list the correct model." I thought Outbacks were a type of Legacy, but wagon style. I didn't want to argue so just smiled and nodded until I could drive away confused.

Affirmation paper put in pocket moved to a different pair of pants.

This happened a month ago and I forgot to post. I just randomly remembered.

My boyfriend and I went to a crystal shop and on the way out, the shop owner handed me a folded up piece of paper with an affirmation on it. I read it and I put it in my pants pocket. A pair of jeans with rips in the knees. I only wear these on the weekend so I know it was these pants. Fast forward like two weeks later, I go to work and then head to a therapy appointment after. I was wearing a green pair of pants that I only wear to work. This is how I know I was not just misremembering what pants I wore on the day of getting the affirmation. I'm in the elevator and trying to get my phone out of my pocket when the slip of paper also comes out. It was the affirmation that I specifically remember leaving in my other pants.... Maybe it moved pockets because I needed to hear it before therapy. I forget now but it was something along the lines of "I am strong enough to face any challenges." My therapist said it must be fairies lol.

How easy is it to lose your license?

Hi nurses. First of all, thanks for all you do. I hope this type of post is allowed.

My friend recently got back into dating and has met someone who feels like a good match. They used to be a nurse but told my friend they lost their license due to sexual misconduct because they "checked the full body of a patient who complained of a rash." The way they have explained, it seems as though they believe they were checking the full body out of medical necessity. The documentation online says otherwise.

The document basically says: this patient was not actually this nurses patient, nurse asked another employee if they could observe them taking vitals and check the rash, they entered the room several times without direction to do so, asked patient if rash was in certain areas (breast, genitals, buttocks), the patient showed the rash that ended on their stomach, then nurse asked to see all the above mentioned areas, grabbed waistband of pants to look down them, and examined/touched all above mentioned areas. This was reported by the other employee. None of this was documented by the nurse in question. Patient did not comply with the investigation when asked. They were let go and put on suspension. No criminal charges occurred. They supposedly did try to fight for their license but ended up voluntarily giving it up. This nurse also only worked in this facility for a **very** short period of time, less than a month.

Please let me know if any of this seems like something that could be a misunderstanding or lapse of judgement on the nurses part. When reading these documents, I do believe that this nurse may be lying about their side of this story. I do not know how suspension or relinquishing of licensure really works in this field. Could they have given their license up to avoid a more in depth investigation and charges? Thanks in advance for any info or opinions.

What shoes are most comfortable for work?

I need new work shoes, but my sensory issues make me absolutely hate the way a traditional sneaker feels. Does anyone have any recs for shoes that are sneaker adjacent? If you have a sneaker recommendation, you need to really influence me on it lol. Obviously need comfort for standing, walking, and sometimes running.

I am going through it and in a tough spot mentally. I am very much a mood reader and I like my books to match my mood or be somewhat adjacent to it. No fluffy stuff if I'm sad. I also LOVE "weird girl books" so if you know one that deals with mental illness or overall sad themes, let me know.

I need a book where the character(s) are going through it. Examples of stuff I have read: my year of rest and relaxation, the bell jar, no longer human, a little life, the virgin suicides, Eleanor oliphant is completely fine

Any genre except self help type stuff. I dont want it to feel good or uplifting lol. Ive also enjoyed memoirs that deal with mental health like I want to die but I want to eat ttekbokki, girl interrupted, in the dream house, im glad my mom died.
