When do you decide to focus on one person?

23F had two dates last week with two different guys that went really great. Looks like second dates for both are occurring but I wasnt sure when its icky to keep seeing two people. I dont know them both well yet as its only been one date but I dont really know the etiquette-do i just wait until they ask for exclusivity or is that expected at some point?

Keep sleeping w men on the first date…

*homemade hotpot w beef, mushrooms, egg, noodle, bok choy, and mushroom soup base

Ive been on hinge on and off for three months. Have no issues w getting likes and matches but it takes a bit for me to like someone. Out of the three people ive really liked over the last three months, two of them have ghosted me after i slept with them on the first date. Keep in mind when they leave my apartment they all have held my hand, kissed me on the forehead and mouth, and said they never felt like this before???

The current one has a busy week to be fair but we used to text all night and now im lucky if i get more than four responses a day. I dont know how to fix myself, I feel a primal need to sleep with someone immediately if i like them. I know I shouldn’t, i just keep thinking itll be different each time. I dont even regret the encounters, I had a ton of fun each time. I only regret it because i assume it made them ghost me.

Having trouble understanding boundaries at my new job??

I just started about a month ago and came from working for the military. On the base I worked its onsite, you dress very professionally, everyone regardless of age is maam or sir and you address them by their last name, vacation is bit more rare unless you are senior.

This new place im working for is hybrid/remote and emphasizes flexible work schedules and unlimited time off. The more they bragged about this to me when getting hired the more I figured it was one of those traps so you didnt take any vacation and I was fine with it. Im young and this job is paying me a lot so I thought id work really hard for a few years to make good money while Im young.

However my first day I am in a professional dress with closed toed flats and Im next to someone wearing shorts and sandals? Im in the cafeteria and people are wearing baseball caps and hoodies. People seem to work from home whenever they want and leave the office at noon to go home and wrap up the day remotely. I have a team lead that is only six months into the job and during my first full month here he has already had two vacations every other week for a total of nine days off. That isnt including when he has pushed meetings so he can leave early to pick up kids or spend time with them (I am absolutely not judging him, I am just using this as an example of a newer employee like me)

I am just having a lot of trouble understanding and fitting into this culture to be honest, it all feels too good to be true and I keep feeling like its a trap. I have a bad stomach bug and my manager told me to just take the day off for sick time instead of working from home when I offered which felt so nice. Im just honestly having a lot of trouble understanding how to fit in here and what is acceptable vs not acceptable for my own work.

I know the answer is to just ask but my manager has kinda just told me he doesnt care what I do as long as work is done and I dont miss meetings with my team. Its just getting a bit difficult for me to distinguish what is appropriate vs not appropriate anymore and my manager sent an impression that he doesnt really want or need me to ask permission to do what I want to do

TS to TS/SCI?

Forgive my ignorance. I currently have a secret clearance but my job is starting the process to bump me to a TS. My boss mentioned that it would be a TS with SCI eligibility and we would cross that bridge if needed. To move from TS to TS/SCI is that a whole new investigation process or just completing a successful poly?
