Shadowed a music therapy group today & it made me think of Mac 🖤
Therapist asked the participants which artists they listen to have songs about mental health and emotions? What songs are to feel validated in their emotions and which to help them change their negative thoughts/emotions?
I automatically thought about Mac Miller. His songs have made me feel my emotions more (ie cry when I’m sad or even feel more in love).
But have also helped me change my mood like made me feel happy when I’m sad.
Curious about others? What songs and what feelings?
