My peace lily started browning since the beginning of summer March onwards... First it was tiny brown tips on some leaves then on all leaves... Gradually it became the same situation for all the old leaves. No flowering since 3 months now....

Now however the new leaves are growing, but are starting with brown patches as well ❤️‍🩹...

I reported the plant into a new soil mix consisting of 50%Cocopeat + 25% Vermicompost + 25% perlite

It stays in from of a closed south facing window getting cozy indirect sunlight day long...

Watering: doing when top 1-1.5 inch gets dry (finger dip check) also waiting till the leaves droop slightly.

How does my Peperomia's health look?

It stays in the south facing Balcony with zero direct Sunlight but plenty of bright indirect sunlight throughout the day (another building faces in front of my buliding.

Soil mix was what given from the nursery, red Soil+ Cocopeat + Pine chunks.

Pot is well drained with holes in bottom, the plant stays of raised platform which helps the water drainage even better.

Suggest me in the water schedule, and what can be done to improve the health of the leaves. They look a bit dull, although yes veregation is there.

I stay in a dry place with 28-25°C temperatures and monsoon may hit soon in a fortnight

One stem on my ZZ plant has suddenly turned brown, soft, and soggy, and it's drooping. The browning seems to be spreading down the stem, affecting 1–2 leaves per day, while the rest of the plant looks healthy.

Care details:

-Ceramic pot with 4 drainage holes

-Watered thoroughly every 15 days until water drains out

-Bright indirect morning light (1–2 hours from a nearby window)

Any idea what could be causing this? Stem rot, overwatering, damaged rhizome, or something else? Should I remove the affected stem immediately to stop it from spreading? 🥺🌱
