The mod was about this guy who was trying kill this dude that had a blue wifi symbol as a head please help me

The two things i remember are a man floating in a space suit with those thruster things on the suit I think it was a hallucination though I’m not sure secondly after debris crashed into them a man is scene floating in space with a piece of debris in his “face” I am also pretty sure the main character was a woman please help me find this

Before the update my friends would play for fun now whenever we play we just farm cosmetics or join cosmetic farm servers. And my friend didn’t get any good cosmetics so he got mad and stopped playing for a bit and when he came back he joined a cosmetic mod server and got more but doesn’t that defeat the point of looking for the crates? Give me your feedback

The game was on phone it costed money you ran a police station and on the top floor there were different cells and a lot of times the prisoners would escape I remember one of the guys was in a trench coat with a bowler hat and moustache he was very short some levels would be a chase through town where everyone chases the criminals the game was 2d and in a cartoony style please help!
