I have come to the conclusion that men don't like love or is it that you crave emotional intensity ? That's why "too easy " is an insult It's like they want a chance to earn love but once you give freely then they don't want it anymore

I'm saying this based on personal experience every guy I have been careless with has liked me more ,, everyone I failed to pick calls ,just treated badly would insist on dating but once I like them back then they become two completly opposite people..

Hello everyone,

We’re in the neighborhood just off Lynn Road and we’re finally pulling the trigger on adding a small guest suite/office bump-out off the back of the house. We’ve got the plans roughly drawn up, but finding a contractor will work within our budget and handle permits is particularly proving harddddddd . We need this project completed before August and, I have read that most GC lie as to when the projects can be completed.

We’ve seen a GC truck that goes by Royal Home Remodeling a few blocks away work for a real estate agency, they put in some solid work on a project. I didn't want to be that weird neighbor knocking on a stranger's door to ask about their scenario🙂

Does anyone here happen to have firsthand experience with a reliable and reasonably priced contractor that they can recommend I look into? If you are a contractor what do you recommend I look for when hiring a remodel contractor?
