Moka absolutely hates all cats except Capuccino😁💗

Hi there, a month ago my cat had her eye like this (1st pic) for 12 hours then after it was open but irrirtated (2nd pic). I took her to the vet, did the eye pressure test and it says its early signs of glaucoma possibly. We did the eye drops (tobramycin) for her for 2 weeks but for the most part i physically didnt see anything wrong with her eye. She also doesnt have any other symptoms, normal appetite, sleeping, temperament. Thats her just the other day (3rd pic)

I went back for the follow up just today after about a month from onset of her eye irritation and her eye pressure remains high :( 35 and 44.

We were given an eye supplement to incl in her wet food daily for 30 days and we will come back again.

Has anyone's cat experienced this? High eye pressure but no physical symptoms in the eye and anywhere else? Her labs were also normal so she wasnt fighting any infections.

She is 4 years old by the way, a Persian doll faced I think. With 5 other cats who are all healthy, no eyes irritated.
