My tv has just got 3 black dots that i can see through but are barely visible when the screen is lighter but when darker they are more visible especially on grays , it also has a weird area around it that has been affected i looked at my tv backlight up close and it seems all the lights are still working i was wondering what was wrong ?

I cut my knee open and was wondering if i need to go to the hospital or not
