Hi all, I bought a ticket from Frankfurt to Izmir for today 10.8.2026 by SunExpress via TUI.

TUI sent me PNR code 6-digit which never worked on Sunexpress website or app.

After 3 calls with both SunExpress & TUI, TUI told me their invalid PNR will work at the airport. SunExpress was telling me I am not listed on the plane.

At the airport, Sunexpress told me TUI didn’t confirm this ticket and I cannot board. Eventually I waited until the end of checkin time and currently going back home which is in another city!

Airline told me this happens often with TUI.

Paid shitloads of money for a new flight for tomorrow!

Pay a bit more and buy from the airline!

Hi all,
I booked a ticket yesterday via TUI from Frankfurt to Izmir yesterday. They sent me the confirmation email, invoice and their own booking PNR 6-digit stuff with letters and numbers.

Today, the airline Sunexpress cannot display anything under my name or under this PNR. Their service told me nothing seems to be booked on that flight under my name.

I can’t reach TUI by phone at all!

- is there any processing time until i receive the e-ticket number and airline-based PNR? I purchased the ticket less than 24h ago.

- is there any possibility that I was scammed and charged money without any official ticket booking?

First time buying a ticket via different website and already regret!

I am in my last month of PhD and employment. I apply for ALG1 from September on. I recently took permanent residence and will have my degree in the upcoming 2 months.

I have all documents ready for citizenship application.

1. Does it make sense to apply now to be on the line while employed and then inform them about my ALG once it starts?

2. Can Wohngeld and ALG1 be taken simultaneously? My rent is more than half of my ALG1 that is why I want to apply for Wohngeld.

3. Wohngeld does not seem to be counted under the citizenship-risking social benefit (SZB categories, does anyone have positive experience to have received Wohngeld and still get the citizenship?
