Good Gift for Plasma Center Team?

This message is more to the phlebotomists (or anyone who might have something to add).

I have been permanently deferred due to medical reasons and want to make my plasma center some kind of gift as a thank you because they have been treating me very kind over my short donation journey.

What would be useful? Snacks? Something more unique?

Thank you!

I have been deferred for lifetime today (medical reasons)

This happened a few days ago, just wanted to share this because i‘m a little disappointed I never reached the 100 donations (i‘m at 74) and had a thrombocytes donation scheduled for next week. I started donating in april 2025.

I see a sudden MCAS, POTS and hEDS diagnosis is kind of a complete no go I guess PAHAH. Understandable, I called them to let them know about the diagnosis process starting and was (understandably) immediately deferred, even if no official diagnosis was handed to them yet.
I’m glad I could donate what I did, the data from the bloodtests is also very useful for the process!

I was pretty crushed and thought its unfair at first because I thought I tolerated it very well (in hindsight, probably not), my blood and plasma is still usable for others and it gave me many benefits (and i’m a universal blood donor) but I understand why.

Happy donating!

worth it to put on the list for kleingärten when i‘m in debt?

Hi! I‘m 22 (M), a year ago I moved out and was made financially independent from my family after two decades of some very not fun time. I started an FSJ at the same time as moving out to get my Fachabitur, which is done by the end of this month.
Long story short i‘m 3,3k in dispo, so in debt with my bank I suppose?

I want to go back to work now, get rid of my debt. I figure the waiting times for a kleingarten are already pretty high/long so I‘ll be out of debt til then? Any ideas on where to start? District is not important.

Advice is appreciated!!

edit: some context I forgot

To Jobcenter employees - what should I name the digital files for convenience ?

Hallloooo, weird question maybe but I like to label files I send over digitally as convenient as possible. So usually I do
"[Title of Document].[First&Lastname]" and then sometimes, for example if its a document about a specific month, I add the month to the end. Is there a more convenient format for the Jobcenter employees? Like adding my BG-Number? Or is that too confidential (i dunno).

I appreciate any answers, thanks!
