Hello,

My partner got into an accident with my 2023 Ariya (northern lights) and we have been trying to get the data that the car supposedly stores from a collision.

Woman claims he backed into her. He said he was stopped, foot on the brake. Insurance says you are shit out of luck unless we can get this data.

We have gone to the Nissan dealership (paying a few hundred for nothing), and to an auto body shop (suggested by dealership), and they both say they are unable to access it.

We contacted Nissan directly and they told me it costs $850 to download the data and everything I read online shows that it should be free to access my own data and that it sounds like a scam that they charge me $850 "per download" for the data.

Has anyone heard of this, done this, or have any other suggestions to get this data so I don't have to pay $4k* to get my sensors and my bumper fixed?

Was there the other day for service and snagged a cookie and I can't stop thinking about it. Anyone know where they get their cookies from?

My party of 6 turned into a party of 3 so I have 3 extra reservations for July 23rd. I see on the FAQ that I can sell them (for the $20 deposit I paid for them that will go to your own bill) but I can't figure out how to sell just 3 and not all of it?

Would anyone like to buy the deposit to Nook on July 23rd at 630 (doors open at 615) for 3 seats and walk me through how to get them to you?
