Thinking I might need a career change So I figured u guys might have some helpful advice

To make a long story kinda short I’ve basically been an electrician for 5 years. I have adhd and even with medication I am still not the sharpest tool in the shed. I was just laid off from a contractor Ive only been with for a month. Foreman pulled me aside and said I make too many mistakes, I always seem lost, I don’t know certain materials and some other bs but mainly the mistake part is what made him tell the office to cut me loose. Truth be told especially after working directly in the sun today im deadass not even feeling construction rn. Im thinking maybe healthcare or any medical related field that I can be eligible for with an associates. I have to write shit down to remember, I definitely need to work with someone who can guide me ,I work slow and sometimes I am slow in the head so it annoys people at times since they would have to explain stuff over and over. I definitely feel the toll the trades will pretty much put on my body and im only 25 so I know its straight downhill once I hit my 30’s

Starting to think this line of work is not for me

To make a long story short I have about 5 years of experience but I have adhd and even with medication im still not the sharpest tool in the shed. Back when I was in the ibew Ive noticed my mistakes or weak points was pretty much not something that was held against me. Ive gotten kicked out due to poor academic performance so I went back non-union. Today I was just let go after a month of being with this contractor. Always showed up early and everyday, my performance was iffy but when working with others playing the helper role thats where I shine best. Now while my constant mistakes were pretty much on the minor side, my foreman pulled me aside today then told me I make too many mistakes, my salary is high for my underwhelming performance and others with similar experience as me perform better so he told the office to basically cut me loose.

Who here finds strattera shines best as an adjunct while its okay at best as a standalone treatment?

After being on Strattera for about 2 years now , I find on its own it does a good job for certain symptoms but does jack for the remainder. I find it definitely shines best when taking with a stimulant since it tends to enhance the beneficial effects of a stimulant and provides a higher baseline when the stim starts to wear off

Who here has had success with a lower dose?

To sum it up I basically saw results after jumping up from 40 to 80mg after 3 days and 2-3 weeks later I saw a massive improvement. After 1 month I basically upped to 100mg and been there for well over a year. The problem was it made my resting heart rate stay above 100bpm and when I take a stimulant whether it’s a adhd med or caffeine I find it basically increases my hr to well above 110. I decided to just drop down to 60mg and stay there then guess what? I still feel the same but with a lower resting heart rate! Now even on the days I take dexadrine my hr doesn’t shoot up as high as before.
