Need help with an issue on behalf of my eldest son who plays FS2020 on his Series S, tried asking on the official FS discord but have yet to get an answer. He bought the PMDG 737-800 plus a few livery packs earlier this year and has been enjoying flying it. However this week the game has been freezing up (sound still running in the background) either during engine start up or shortly after take off in the climb. Never had any issues previous and hasn't changed how he does anything. Can anyone suggest anything that could be causing the issue? (He's uninstalled & reinstalled both the aircraft and the livery packs with no luck). Thanks in advance!

I do really love this game and have just finished the main base story so now in the endgame sandbox working on fully upgrading districts including the DLC areas...but man, the AI traffic really does ruin Firefly Lake doesn't it 🤦‍♂️ great idea for the game to spawn 2-3 roadside incidents in the town loop causing traffic to just become a car park as AI cars have the bravery of a Fabergé egg
