Waiting between pregnancies after preeclampsia in women 35+

Hi i am thinking about the timing of my second pregnancy after having postpartum pre-e and now with chronic hypertension. For those 35+ who went through another pregnancy after preeclampsia, i would love to knows:

  1. how long did you wait before getting pregnant?

  2. were you on blood pressure medicine during your next pregnancy? (If so was it from the start or was it started later on)

  3. outcomes of the pregnancy

Thank you!

Is it possible for a normal mole to have multiple colors include grey hue?

Had a new mole pop up on my ankle. My derm used a dermoscope and said there are multiple hues so its best to get it biopsied but he said he wasnt too concerned and is not betting on it being malignant. He said it could just be more mole is deep and that i naturally have moles with grey hues. I have been freaking out waiting on the results. I work in oncology so i only can think of worst case scenario. Wondering how often would you see a multiple colors mole actually be normal?

For those who developed chronic hypertension?

For those who developed chronic hypertension after postpartum preeclampsia, did you remain on the same dose of bp med since being diagnosed with preeclampsia or were you able to go down in the dosage or amount of meds later on?

Sad about cutting pumps with going back to work

I am a low supplier so ive had to use formula to supplement. In the last couple of weeks my supply has been slowly increasing with pumping every 2-3 hours (typically i am 8 pumps per day) but sadly i have to go back to work and will have to go down to 7 pumps. Going down in pumps will make me less stress but i am sad bc it feels like i am giving up on increasing my supply even though it has been working. I feel so torn. I was telling myself before that after 12 weeks i wont be as crazy with pumping but now that i am 13 weeks i feel sad about it having to go down even though its been not fun maintaining 8+ pumps. Has anyone still been able to slowly increase supply with reduced pumps by doing power pumping?

For those who got off bp meds

For those who came off of bp meds, did your bp gradually decrease or did it happen all of a sudden overnight? Also was anyone on bp meds for more than 3 months and still able to get off of it?

Anyone with a history of preeclampsia decide to have another baby?

I am wondering if there is anyone who is 35+ years old with a history of preeclampsia that decided to have another baby. If so, were their complications with baby or mom? I am wondering this bc i had preeclampsia at 36 yo and if i decide to have another baby i would be 38-39. I am nervous with having the history of preeclampsia and being even older.

Anyone pumping longer than 30 min?

I have low supply so trying to do everything i can to increase. I’m wondering has anyone pumped longer than 30 min. Sometimes i noticed there still milk flow at 30 min so wondering is it beneficial to keep going until milk slows/stops or would it cause nipple damage.
