Hello fellow HSP's! I created 2 new communities:

r/SparklySpirits

(For Sparkly Spirits, lightworkers, spiritual, non spiritual, positive uplifting: a place to share collective light)

r/PinkHalloween

(Everything Halloween, but pink and cute)

If you like pink, sparkly cute things, or want to shine your light with the collective, ive started it here :)

Anyone here feel like they dont belong in the general public because they are highly emotionally sensitive?

I find myself here, on Reddit, seeking innocent spirits like myself, to connect with in a safe third space.

But before I found this community today, I explored multiple subreddits and encountered bullies, power tripping moderaters, and all sorts of mean spirits on this platform.

It made me realize why I feel like I don't belong in this world, and its because highly sensitive people dont make up a large chunk of the population.

So I am soo grateful I found this subreddit, of people just like me, who are Highly Sensitive People. 🩷

Halloween Decor🎃🖤

Home decor I did, back in 2023! 🎃🖤🎃🖤

I used 'eraser' to erase family photos I have framed below my TV lol, so things look kinda blurry there.

Question. Does anyone know communities like reddit, that let you share your little world, without deleting your post?

I just made my first few posts on a subreddit, photos of my cute home decor for Halloween, and they deleted my post. I've been here for 4 years, I finally post and it got deleted.

Instagram is terrible for this. They control everything and it doesn't feel like freedom.

Anyone in st. Catharine's know of any online communities/ apps that wont delete my stuff? Like is Facebook better? I want to feel free to share so I can feel like I belong somewhere, and I just dont feel like I belong anywhere :(

Exercise intolerance & dizzy when moving around the house

Anyone with pcos experiencing these symptoms, or knows the cause/ how to treat this? My docter is absolutely useless so im seeking a new doctor.

The gym has always been a huge part of my life, but ive had to stop all exercise and movement because I cant walk for more than 20 mins without becoming dizzy, feeling ill, and crashing with extreme exhaustion after.

Ive been an athletic dancer my whole life and I cant dance, without feeling like ive been hit with an adrenal shot in my nervous system... I feel "shell shocked" with dancing, weight training, exercise and walking. The only way for me to control these symptoms is to stay home, all day, and sit on the couch, and not move. Ive been doing that for months and im really struggling.

If anyone has any experiences with these symptoms or any knowledge of how to treat this, please leave a comment. Ive read many books, used Ai (who asked me to seek a doctor, but my doctor is useless) and I dont know what I can do about these symptoms.
