I'm considering a smp since I'm a year post transplant but I'm unhappy with the results. Would a smp blend in well with the rest of my hair at this length, I tried to take a picture in sunlight to make the balding area as visible as possible.
Currently almost 11 months post transplant and it's safe to say that it failed. Left photo is before transplant and the right pic was taken a few days ago.
Disappointed that I wasted so much money but I really just want to get rid of my balding spot at the front, anyone think I'd be a good candidate for smp???
I've had my hair transplant for almost a year now and I got it done in the UK. I'm 11 months in and tbh I personally can't notice much difference between my hair pre transplant to now. I got 1500 grafts for those wondering.
After looking around this forum I've realised my surgeon was far too conservative with the amount of grafts he extracted. From what I can tell the best results all have grafts of 3000 plus especially when you have quite a far area to cover like I did.
I'm just pissed and a little bit jealous seeing everyone's success here whilst I just feel like I wasted over £4000 for nothing.
I'm over 10 months into my hair transplant and I feel like I'm no better than where I started. I got 1500 grafts which the surgeon told me would give me a good result however I don't see how anything has changed tbh. Would this classify as a failed hair transplant???

I don't see much if any progress between pre and post transplant.
I can't believe this what a waste of £4500.
For those asking I'm taking the standard meds 5% topical min and 1mg oral fin, been taking both consistently since 2023.
I love a good smokehouse but it's almost impossible to find a place that sells baby pork ribs and other pork products. Beef ribs are nice and all but when it comes to ribs both beats a good pork rib and lamb ribs are just fatty.
Anyone know any good barbecue spots in London that sell pork ribs specifically? I can't find any near me and it's so frustrating!!!
Hi all, I've recently passed my driving test and I'm looking to purchase a automatic car. I've been trying to find a couple good options without much luck but I've found some great potential options but unfortunately they're all diesel.
Granted I know next to nothing about cars but I've always been told that diesels are no good if all you plan to do is city driving in stop/start driving or short journeys, which is pretty much the only type of driving I'll be doing.
I doubt I'd even be using motorways that often. Is it still worth it getting a diesel or should I just avoid it and keep looking for a automatic petrol car.
3 years and 19 days, 107 lessons 214 hours and I've finally done it. All the money spent, the hours put in, the ups and downs of it all I genuinely felt like I wasn't worthy enough to pass and that I just wasn't cut out for driving.
But here I am I'm, finally after all this time and effort me of all people am a full licence holder. I'm so happy
I can't even describe it. Never give up people if I can pass my test you all definitely can.
