It's very evident amongst my other colleagues also that he and his ideas gets preferred for every project and ours are dismissed like they aren't even ideas even though we collectively believe that they are much better than his. The upper management fails to acknowledge this, i wrote an anonymous mail to the HR too twice but never seen her do anything about it. I really don't know what to do, switching jobs is not an option for me right now. Please help what i can do in this situation guys.

Sunscoop Sunscreen Body Lotion: I have replaced this with my vaseline body lotion, doesnt feel sticky neither makes me sweat since i generally sweat like a hog. It has no smell though but overall for the price i love it.

Chemist At Play Lip Balm: My first lipbalm after vaseline cherry, works almost the same. I got it for a good price on myntra's b1g1 sale. Will be trying the chaptex one this month and give a review for it as well.

Hey guys, need some serious help, akchusly....I am looking for a good salicylic acid body wash, coz the one Im using rn completely dries out the rest of my body skin. I have facial acne joki ab have reached to my chest. I searched and trying finding a good one and I think this chemist at play one for body acne is good. Can anyone tell me if the formula is non-drying enough for daily use, or should I alternate it with a regular moisturizing shower gel?

Bought it last month and it’s genuinely good, idk why in the other haircare sub people were saying otherwise, i have been using this for 4 weeks probably ( struggling with consistency) but it does look like it’s working because the hairfall is less (fragrance is very strong which i do not like) the rice water also adds a good texture to the hair, overall it’s good only 8/10. Will give a better review after using it for some more time

Currently using it thrice a week before going to bed
