UC & small earnings - how to report? (England)

Hello, apologies if this sort of thing has been asked a million times as I am autistic and struggle to understand lots of things. I am 23 and I receive UC and PIP (higher daily living and higher mobility). I am currently waiting for a LCW/LCWRA assessment.

A few months ago a friend of a friend offered me some very part time work, working at a children's stay and play group which is one morning a week. I was asked to be cover for when a regular worker there is sick or away. I started in March and I've worked there a few times since, about once a month. Each time I work there I earn £80. This month, I will work there twice, as someone who works there is going away.

I didn't think to declare it because it is so ad hoc and the amount I earn is small. But should I have declared it and if so what should I say? Will I be penalised? I really struggle to meet my living costs with the money I get from the DWP as it is so I feel really anxious about this :((

Thank you

experiencing extreme hunger after weight restoration

hey, i'm recently (this week) weight restored and have only very recently started experiencing extreme hunger. i know this is normal and recovery is different for everyone but i could really do with some encouragement around this, like hearing if other people have experienced the same or just general encouragement :,)

sunday emergency dentist nhs

23M in london. had growing gum pain last week which reached an excruciating head on sunday when i realised i have pericoronitis. called 111 around 10am on sunday and spoke to a call handler within 15mins. got called back by a dentist 15min after that and got an appointment for a few hours later with a dentist in the next borough over (turned down a sooner but further option bc it wouldn‘t have been possible to get there with the arsenal parade lol). had my appointment and got first line treatment and antibiotics straight away, and the whole thing was free due to my personal circumstances. 111 often doesn’t work but when it does, it really does - very grateful!

hey, i'm 23M in recovery from anorexia. i struggled a lot when i was a teenager, quasi-recovered and coasted at the start of my 20s and have been struggling a lot since december last year. i'm currently in active recovery, under a mental health team and waiting for therapy (UK NHS). i'm doing okay at following my meal guidelines (i don't have a set meal plan) and eating well and regularly but the thoughts are very tough so meals are really difficult emotionally for me. currently i'm on holiday with my 26NB partner. they are studying in another city so we are long distance (we met irl a few years ago through mutual friends, see each other oftenish but not for long periods of time). they are on adderall and don't feel hunger cues the same so don't eat three meals a day and often express feeling disinterested in food. it falls on me to plan meals, cook, make sure i am eating enough etc and for at least one meal a day i am the only one eating. it makes me feel so horrible:( has anyone else dealt with this? how did you cope?

i've spoken to them about it and they understand i'm in recovery but i think because i always 'act normal' and eat enough around them and don't talk about my feelings they maybe don't understand how tough it is for me. i don't want to trigger them bc they also have a history of restrictive eating. they said they will eat food if i make it it's just the thinking about it that makes them feeling disinterested/repulsed but it's so tough for me to have to do all the thinking or be the only one eating or neither of us eat:( also kinda makes me feel like i'm responsible for their eating as well as comparing and feeling so bad and greedy which is so so so tough:(
