Will I get points for both offers?

So I'm new to flybuys and I've got some really good offers so far.

One offer is - spend $30 or more in one shop and get 1800 points

The 2nd offer is - spend $50 a week each week for four weeks and receive 10,000 points.

I shopped at Coles yesterday and spent $57. I've just had the 1800 points added for the first offer but there's no "acknowledgement" that I've spent over $50 and met the first week's criteria for the 2nd offer.

I understand (obviously) I won't see any points until after 4 weeks and only if I spend over $50 each week but I had a similar offer with Woolies recently (only I had to spend $120 each week for the same amount of points!) and they had a little thing under their offer saying "congrats, you've reached your spend for the week" after I'd spent over $120. The flybuys app doesn't seem to have this.

So I guess my question is, can you claim more than one offer at a time? I've read the t and c's and can't find anything there to say claiming one offer makes me ineligible for another.

I've activated both offers too.

I hope what I've tried to explain makes sense! I've added a pic of both offers too. Thanks!

Just a reminder for those with pets - tonight is cracker night.

I was just scrolling through the news online and an article came up. Tonight (30th May) is cracker night.

Apparently if you have a permit you can set them off between 7pm - 830pm.

My cat is particularly sensitive to fireworks so I assume she'll be the same if she hears crackers locally. I know most dogs are too so thought I'd let pet parents know so we can keep an ear out and give our fur babies lots of extra love.

Ellie proving how petty she is... again!

I don't know how to do the spoiler thing where you "cover" the text so if you don't want to read about something that's happened in the latest episode please don't read below...

Why Ellie care so much about rank? As soon as she heard that Jenna had lost a stripe she was jumping ahead of Jenna in the line up and telling Ben that she's "back where I belong".

No Ellie... you're a galley hand/dishwasher! As Daisy said, Ellie has the lowest rank on the boat! I don't even think the dishwasher has one stripe? Absolutely insufferable! Looking forward to Daisy hopefully putting her in her place when they line up to say goodbye to the guests.

Question about the liquid assets waiting period if transfering from carers payment to jobseeker

i 'm utterly confused and would really appreciate some advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.

I'm currently on carers payment as I was caring for my mum but she passed 3 months ago. Centrelink allow me to remain on carers for 14 weeks after her passing and that 14 weeks is nearly up so I need to transfer onto jobseeker (which is I was on before going onto carers).

What I'm struggling with is understanding if I'm exempt from the liquid assets waiting period. I was under the impression that if I'm transferring from carers to jobseeker I'm exempt but I'm not so sure now.

I have just over $9000 in my account and no real other assets expect for my car. About 5k came as a one off payment from Centrelink when my mum passed, but I think that's irrelevant.

What I'm confused about is whether I meet any of the criteria below, which I copied from the Centrelink site. It seems the 2nd and 4th criteria apply to me but I'm not sure. I'll be transferring from one payment to another within 14 days and iqualified for jobseeker after getting another payment.

They use wording like"we MAY waive the liquid assets waiting period" rather than using words like 'we will or we won't'

If anyone has been through this I'd super appreciate any advice! Thanks. (Below is the table I copied from the Centrelink site)

Exemptions or waivers

We may waive the liquid assets waiting period if you’re experiencing severe financial hardship because of unavoidable or reasonable expenses.

You may be exempt if any of these apply:

you or your partner have been subject to a liquid assets waiting period that started within the last 12 months

you transfer from one payment to another within a 14 day period

you have self-served this waiting period before claiming

you qualified for JobSeeker Payment after getting another payment

you’re in a rehabilitation program with a Disability Management Service Provider

you’re doing an activity equivalent to a rehabilitation program.
