Old Bones Therapy compression sleeves UK stockists?

I’m in the UK but can’t find any stockists here for Old Bones Therapy knee compression sleeves. Is there an alternative brand that you could recommend that is available here?

Thanks!

16 pro or 22 pro?

I’ve used a Wacom intuos for as long as I can remember, and have been drawing on an iPad Pro for the last decade. Love both for different things but I want to try a display tablet!

Being budget conscious, I’ve been eyeing up the Artist Pro 16 gen 2 and Artist Pro 22 gen 2.

I’ve tried screen mirroring with the iPad before, and I found the UI and panels too small to feel comfortable.

Desk space not an issue. Obvs would like to save money with the smaller tablet if it does the job, but will the 16 be a large enough jump in screen size from drawing on my iPad?

Edited to add: I will be using all the usual art software for digital painting. PS, CSP, Krita.

22” tablet recs?

Those of you who have a 22” display tablet, what do you have and would you recommend it?

I can’t afford a Wacom :/ so looking at Huion and XP Pen. I’m on an iMac. Budget is £500 approx or less. I’ll be using PS, Clip Studio and Krita for both professional and personal artwork. Colour accuracy needs to be fairly good.

Is there something out there that fits the bill?
Thanks!

Dinner food to fuel morning workout and beat those hunger pangs?

Hello IF gang! I’ve come here for some advice on what to eat as my last meal of the day (6pm) that will give me plenty of energy for my morning workout and keep me from feeling like a zombie before I break my fast (10am).

I’ve 5 stone (70lbs / 32kg) to shift. My workout window is early morning, as I get up at 5am. This consists of a 5K brisk walk (this is a fairly new addition!), and alternate days of strength and cardio workouts (weights/swimming/rollerskating).

I’ve cleaned up my diet, no caffeine or booze, I’ve cut out all junk and minimal processed food and refined sugar, and I’m drinking plenty of water.
I’m tracking everything on an app, which really helps me keep up these good eating habits and calorie deficit. I feel SO much better for it and I appear to be losing a healthy amount of weight each week.

What I am struggling with is energy levels and focus in the mornings. I am starving and hangry and feel useless. I’m still working out but finding it hard to start work and concentrate on tasks and not my rumbling belly! I don’t like to have a massive meal in the evenings because I am prone to acid reflux and this causes all kinds of horrid digestive issues (yay, perimenopause!). I feel like I have to adjust my carbs/protien/fat consumption but unsure what time of day to eat them.

TLDR; What’s the best thing to be eating in the evenings (6pm) to give me the fuel and energy for morning workouts and mental focus for work tasks, while on a 16:8 fast?

Thank you!

Can you please recommend me a reliable external 2TB (or more) HD that I can use with Time Machine to back up my 1TB 2019 iMac?

Currently using a WD MyPassport 1TB, which I'd like to swap for a larger capacity device. Not sure if I should stick with WD or try something else?
