How do you handle price quotes from your website — do you have a system or is it still manual?

Running a mobile detailing business and finding that when someone enquires through the website asking how much, by the time I get back to them they've either gone elsewhere or gone cold.

Curious how others in trade/service businesses handle this — do you have something on your site that gives them an instant answer, or does it always end up as a phone call? And if you do have a system, did you build it yourself or use something off the shelf?

Feels like there's a real gap between someone landing on your site interested and actually getting them booked.

How do you handle quotes from website enquiries — do you have a system or is it still mostly manual?

Curious how other detailers manage this. When someone lands on your site and wants a price, what actually happens — do you have a form, a price list, or does it just go to a phone call/DM?

Finding that people want an instant answer and by the time I get back to them they've moved on. Wondering if anyone's solved this properly or if it's just part of the job.

I’ve been dealing with scabies on and off since November last year and my skin is still flaring up, so I’m looking for some guidance from anyone who’s had a similar experience.

For my first treatment, I used permethrin cream as instructed. About 2 months later, I developed symptoms again and treated with oral ivermectin following advice from my doctor. A couple of months after that, I had another flare and was advised to retreat again with ivermectin.

Because of the recurring symptoms, I went to see a dermatologist. He examined my skin with a dermatoscope and said he wasn’t sure if I currently have active scabies based on what he saw. Everyone in my household treated at the same time and none of them have symptoms.

I’ve had persistent lesions on my hip and genitals that seem to flare up intermittently. I was prescribed a strong steroid cream (Elocon), which I’ve been using on affected areas.

More recently (about 1 month since my last treatment), I’ve had flare-ups on my forearms, hands, and the back of my legs (see images). There’s some itching — slightly worse at night — but it’s not severe.

For context, I’ve had dermatitis since childhood and generally have sensitive skin. I also recently had blood tests done, which came back normal.

At this stage I feel quite lost with it all. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what might be going on?
