Hi, I’m a 25 year old trans woman currently living in Madrid and I’m seriously thinking about moving to London for good.
I know the situation for trans women in the UK is pretty rough right now, and I’m not ignoring that. But honestly, I’ve never really liked living in Spain and I’ve wanted to experience living in the UK for years. At this point I’d rather give London a proper try and see what life there is actually like for me than keep wondering about it from Spain or when I’m traveling to the UK.
I’d love to start making connections before moving, especially with queer people, creatives and generally people who are into their own weird little worlds.
A bit about me is that I studied Audiovisual Communication and I’m currently developing my own pop music project while studying art direction, so I’m interested in music, performance, film/TV, art, events and the creative industry. Outside of that I’m vegan, very into pop culture, dressing up for events, drag/camp, witchcraft, fashion, themed parties, discovering weird/cool places, pink/girly stuff and basically anything that lets me be a little extra. ✨
I’ve also been thinking about trying to work remotely/online for UK-based companies or creative projects while I’m still in Madrid, partly to gain some UK work experience and start building a network before actually relocating. So if anyone knows of good places to look for remote work, creative opportunities or communities that are open to people based abroad, I’d love to hear about them.
Mostly, though, I’d just like to start meeting people.
I’m not expecting to arrive in London with my entire life figured out. I’d rather start building some connections now and see where they take me.

During my internship I managed social media accounts, worked with influencers, created content and supported digital marketing campaigns. I’m also passionate about live entertainment, theatre and music, and I’m hoping to build my career in the entertainment industry.
