Hiieee! I realized I never did an actual introduction to this sub! So here it is!💕🙈

So hi! My account is anonymous so I do not have my real name but you can call me pinkie ehe like pinkie pie. I’m 20 years old she/they but regress to I want to say around 5 years old to 10. I’m really new to age regression but I had first heard about it when I was 15. It appealed to me but I was too scared and had no resources or support system.

Recently I got back into this world and I feel even more connected to it because of the trauma I’ve been through in the past 5 years. I also now have a therapist who is helping and encouraging my age regression! She’s going to help me get pacis!

I’m pretty sure I’m autistic and have adhd however my mom won’t let me get diagnosed. I was also born with a physical disability called Osteogenesis Imperfecta (type 3) {feel free to look it up.} I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety for years and also ptsd. Age regression kinda gives me that peace while also helping me heal that inner child that didn’t get a normal childhood due to my disability.

I’m really new to this so maybe I’m being paranoid because of my past trauma but some guy came into my DMs and started talking to me. I’m no long in little space because of him. I’m triggered, uncomfortable and honestly wanting to cry. He made me think I was safe and while still treating me like I was little kept bringing up topics I would assume is not little safe? I don’t know…I blocked him. He’s in this sub unfortunately so I hope he can’t see this but I need someone’s help to tell me if this is wrong or not. I feel crazy but triggered and sad.

I think what upsets me is I made my boundaries clear and I feel like he didn’t care…towards the middle I left little space and felt in flight or fight mode. I ended up saying I needed to go to sleep and ended the conversation. Am I being dramatic? Is this normal? If it is does this mean I shouldn’t be age regressing? I don’t know…

My (real) mama gave me her coloring pencils so I could color in bed before sleeping! This is what I done so far. I’m tired now though so I think I’ll put it away, but do you guys like it? I always feel like my art skills aren’t da best 😕
