Lighting(?) error

Used this guide to update the TF2 maps in SFM and some of them, like Mercenary Park in this example, have this weird lighting (?) thing going on when moving through the map. Only showed it through the work camera in this video, but it applies for any regular cameras as well. What can I do to fix this?

Resurrected the Tricou family, I changed Jennicor's LTW and then made her Level 10 in the Cult career. What do I need to do/edit in SimPE to trigger Plat Asp?

She wasn't perma-plat when I resurrected her via Olive Specter. I have meetme2theriver's old Downtown clean hood from their LiveJournal (which unfortunately seems to be refusing to load on my end, otherwise I'd link it) if that matters.

Were these snowballs supposed to have been triggered earlier in the level? At first, I thought I was unable to get past, but I managed to jump over them. Level is Catacombs of the Tailon.

please excuse my UI, I pressed enter but I have steam screenshots set to crtl + f12 so it triggered the UI again
