Is there a way to reset your pet's data like trends and visits per day to restart the learning of what's normal for them? I couldn't find an option in the app and ended up removeing and readding my kitty.
I have my Neakasa M1 litter box integrated into HA and for the last week or so, it hasn't been able to connect to the cloud server needed. Troubleshooting shows HA can't connect to cn-shanghai.api-iot.aliyuncs.com. It looks like other Neakasa integrations have this server hard coded also.
I'm wondering if it's just me or if other people had their Neakasa integration break recently?
The majority of my "your cat just used he litter box" notifications are videos of the kitty entering the litter box and doing their business. By occaionlly its just a photo of a poop in the litter box.Is this expected behavior for the notifications?
Sometimes my LitterLens captures my LR 5 Pro cycling as a cat visit. I guess its just the AI being AI? I delete the recording figuring it won't be used for historical data for my kitty.
Does this happen to anyone else?
