I genuinely cannot tell if this is a scam or not (my acc isn't even a day old)

Their account doesn't have any posts, and is only following 2 other people, but at the same time they have reblogged a bunch of other art and actually have a pfp and stuff (unlike other scammers)

I'd really appreciate any help, because me and my friends have been stumped on this for a bit now
