Has anyone else noticed this “easter egg?”
At first glance, this bat labeled “Cherry Soda Pop”looks like nothing cool. And I guess it isn’t. But, if you look at the description, it says “I cherish this flavor even more!,” which is a reference to a song in MLB The Show 25, “Cherry Tree,” by PawPaw Rod. In said song, the lyrics say: “Cherry Tree… I cherish you,” which is where the description of the bat comes from.
And I thought that was pretty cool.
