the black one is a boy and the calico is a girl. they are siblings. i kind of like rosie for the girl. not sure tho need ideas still

My friend has a feral cat in the woods behind his house, and the cat brought her kittens up to the house under the deck. There are four of them and two of the four have these missing clumps of fur. We don't have enough money to take them all to the vet, but I was wondering if there's something over-the-counter that could fix it. And also if it is ringworm or something else. All the shelters are full too and not accepting any kittens. Please let me know.
