I completed the basic skills requirement on July 17th. I was going for August clinical window. I emailed on August 13th and I’m waiting to hear back. For reference, I emailed transcriptinfo@wgu.edu & scores@wgu.edu.

I was wondering if anyone else has ran into the issue of a completed Mursion not having audio? I had a task sent back for D689, and I can see the video recording, but there’s no audio on it. I am waiting to hear back from my mentor, but I wanted to see if anyone has dealt with this in the meantime? I’d love to not have to do this Mursion again as it’s an issue on their end.
