




Chocolate Mousse (cheat version with 14g protein per cup)
Ingredients:
2 x 5.3oz of Oikos Pro yogurt cups (Vanilla)
50gms Dark chocolate chopped
2 tablespoons Ghirardelli 100% cocoa powder (sifted)
3 tablespoons honey (adjust this based on your sweet tooth)
1/4 cup whole milk
- Bring the milk to boil and add it to dark chocolate in a mixing bowl. You will have a silky smooth mixture.
- Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Then add the greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into small cups and leave it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours for this to firm up little bit.
- Sit down and enjoy the mousse with some berries!
