3K on New Queen Street. I LOVE CAPTIVE SUN!

I'm stuck deciding on a support main and every time I settle on Zen or Mizuki Illari pulls me back in. I think Captive Sun might be my favorite single ability in the game.

I think this game might make me a Zen main.....

Disclaimer: I'm bronze and still learning so I know I'm not good. Just started the game last season. Haven't settled on a support main but it's been Mizuki, Juno, and Illari. I actually started on Zen cause I thought he was the coolest but it just didn't click and pivoted to the others. Then I played him in 1-3-2 and loved how well he can do against tanks when they're not buffed to high heaven and I've been doing quickplay in 5v5 with decent results. This was the first time I tried him in Comp.

Anyway onto this game: I started this game on Illari and we just got completely owned by the Sombra / Hazard / Mei nonsense and they steamrolled first point. Then Tank swapped to Ram and I swapped to Zen (I think the other support swapped to Mercy, I can't remember what they started on) and the Omnic bros put the brakes on real fast. The enemy support flamed their tank bad at the end but I think they just got outplayed.

Code WYT4YW I think it's worth a watch if you can push through the bronze ass gameplay.

No limits but everyone on a team has to pick the same hero, Who's the best pick?

As described above. If there was a game mode like no limits where you could select any hero and they could be duplicated, but everyone on a team had to be the same hero. So 5 (or 6) of a hero against 5 (or 6) of a different one?

Who're you picking for 5v5, 6v6?

My response to seeing each hero getting a 5K

Brief explanation of my reasoning

"Neat" : Most likely everyone was standing together and you hit Q.

"Very nice" : Probably got a decent 2-4K with an ult and cleaned up the rest.

"Holy crap": Either you had a really good ult, or a really good boop, but you had to do some work for either one, and even then had to clean up a couple.

"It's so beautiful": Your ult either doesn't directly kill anyone or requires you to have really good mechanics in order to make it work, you had to click on a lot of people's heads to pull this off.

"I lie awake at night...": Ults that don't do damage, in order to get 5 kills you had to hit a lot of shots, use your abilities precisely with no mistakes, and be in the right place at the right time.

Total healing output by heroes.

New player here, currently I'm Bronze 2 on support.

First off, I know stats aren't everything and they don't really say a lot about a game on their own. That being said I have had two games now where my fellow supports have said my healing numbers were too low and I did have way less healing than any of the other supports. I noticed that my numbers are always lower when I play Juno than the other support heroes I play (Mizuki and Illari) where I almost always have really high healing numbers. I figure those heroes would have higher numbers though because their healing is mostly passive (Aura and Pylon) whereas Juno's is very active so you're not doing much healing of people that just took a bit of poke damage that would have healed passively anyway. The only time you would is if you spend time healing them when they don't really need it or when you hit them with a pulsar.

For context though the recent game I was criticized during I had 9.4k healing, our Illari had 14K, the enemy had 18K (Kiri) and 12K (Mizuki). This was Eichenwald and went two full rounds and we lost on first point on the third.

Does Juno just have lower output on average? Or should I take this as a legitimate criticism and try to adjust.

Tips for a new player

Want to try Symmetra but the teleport and turrets both feel like they’re hard to use / learn.

I’d like three things to practice getting started with what are good rules of thumb for turret and tp placement? How do I get the beam power up without getting deleted as I try to chip away at people? and most importantly, what’s the best skin?
