How best to loose weight on a very tight budget?

My family is not rundown poor, we live quite comfortably, but we do have a very strict budget keeps us in that comfortable level so my biggest question is without having to spend anything, what’s the best way for me to start looking at losing weight?

I’ve been overweight my entire life the previously it was at a level where I was still pretty physical capable (still mostly am) but lately I’m not that it’s been taking a toll on how easily when did I get as well as my stamina for things like walking.

I’m looking for something that’s tried and true but it’s also more likely to work a little bit on the quicker side as I do tend to give up too easily if something isn’t working quick.

Book about cdc creature outbreak.

I remember not a whole lot about it, but that it was a book about these creatures who broke out from the cdc.

There was a seen where this guy was supposedly on the phone with his girlfriend, and then the creature bit into his kneecap, there was also another scene that involved a reality store that was also taken out by the creature.

Believe this point of view was told from a man’s perspective and at one point, he ended up hooking up with a female cop who had been injured in someway in her bottom half/leg area from I believe a car wreck.

AITAH for thinking my MIL has an unhealthy attachment to my daughter?

As the title states, I believe my MIL (we’ll call her K) has developed an unhealthy attachment to my 16month old daughter.

Last July at 4 months post partum I had emergency gallbladder removal, which led to a 6month battle with multiple rounds of severe sepsis, pancreatitis, and pancreatic pseudocysts.

During this time both my husband, FIL (we’ll call him M) and K were a godsend. My husband was still on 3rd shift at the time, so K would watch her at night, my husband would come home and spend a few hours with her, and then M would come over to watch her while my husband slept.

Luckily I was cleared in January, but once I was out of the hospital I noticed that K was still trying to take over most of her care when she was home-which understandable as she’d spent the last 6months caring for her, and I was still getting my strength back/getting back into motherhood.

But after about the first month I started to notice that K was nitpicking everything I did to my husband behind my back, from not cleaning enough (I was just barely strong enough to care for my daughter on my own) to even the parenting choices I made for my daughter.

Soon it kept evolving even as I started to do more and more, and soon I was cleaning every inch of the house other than K’s room, including caring for her cat. And yet K was still constantly complaining about the state of the house.

She’s even gone as far as accusing me of not properly caring for my daughter and just letting her sit in a nasty diaper on the rare occasion she’s developed a diaper rash. (She’s had 3 in the last 7 months)

Me, my husband and K did get into a small spat a few months ago around march because the dishes weren’t done by the time she got home, where she proceeded to use the phrase “I just don’t feel like yall love me” because the dishes weren’t done. In that same argument, she also held it over our head that she stepped in to help us while I was in the hospital, so after that, I did not allow my daughter to sleep with her no more and had her start sleeping with me once more.

Sent K into a depression and eventually after some time, I decided to forgive and let go and started letting my daughter sleep in the room with her again . Left the cycle started again she would accuse me of not doing enough wow also wanting to constantly keep my daughter with her.

Luckily, we have just finished renovating our house and I’ve also just finished moving in as well, but now I am receiving a slew of messages from her saying she has been depressed all day and that she has not been able to stop crying and that she wants to come and get my daughter as soon as possible.

I do not mind her spending the night at Kay’s place because I know Katie does take very good care of her the longer but the longer this goes on I can’t help but feeling like she has a very unhealthy attachment to my daughter.
AITAH for thinking this way?

Edit for clarification as I don’t want my FIL or my husband to get any hate:

My FIL is a wonderful man and grandfather, him and K have been divorced since my husband was very little, and my husbands step mother is a wonderful and sweet woman, and while they do make the odd irksome comment, they don’t push boundaries and have given us little reason to be upset with them.

My husband is a very protective and unapologetically supportive man with me and our daughter, he knows and agrees completely with my feelings about K, but as we were previously living with her and didn’t want to deal with more drama, decided that during the time frame that we were living with her, that we would bite our tongues untill we move out.

Can not wearing underwear cause odor?

When at home I don’t usually wear underwear, I’m usually in a thin pair of sleep shorts, but do wear underwear when I’m going out in public.

I noticed that I am starting to get a bit of an odor and I have been wondering if it’s because of that or if it’s likely that I have gotten another round of bv.

And if the general consensus on this post is that I’ve gotten big B what has worked for you for at home solutions. (I don’t mind going to the doctor, but it is difficult because not only am I a SAHM but my husband is typically asleep during the day because he works third shift and I’m not currently licensed yet)

Zombie book I read in middle school

I read a zombie apocalypse book in middle school where it’s told by the pov of the younger brother who lives in a community with his older brother. The older brother used a samurai sword, and at some point passed away but didn’t turn into a zombie somehow. I also think the group may have ran into some kind of goddess after the older brothers passing? It’s been nearly a decade at this point so it’s quite fuzzy.

How to stop bottles?

My daughter turned 16 months in just shy of two weeks, and she’s still taking bottles throughout the night (we only give them to her at night.)

I don’t so much mind her drinking milk at night because she’s still in that phase where she likes to play with a lot of her food instead of eating all of it so I do like to keep her calories up, although obviously her milk is only given at night , but I have no clue on how to get her off of the bottle itself. I do brush her teeth every night & in the morning because I do worry about her dental health. But what worked for your kids when trying to get them off bottles?

15 month old suddenly acting terrified of the bath

My daughter has always atleast moderately liked bath time, though slowly seemed to like it a little less, especially when it came to rinsing the soap from her hair.

Well this week we have been in the middle of moving, so our schedule has been thrown off. Well I run her bath water at the same temp as always and of course get her undressed, but the moment I lifted her over the tub to set her into the water she became hysterical. Kicking, screaming, crying, trying to hold onto me for dear life and trying to stand in the tub.

In recent baths she would whine or even cry for just a minute or two when we set her into the tub, but would otherwise be fine. I do not know why she suddenly started acting like this, but I would really like how to figure out Best how to help not make her so scared.

I have previously tried taking showers with her while holding her, but with her weight plus the fact that we were both obviously wet it was very hard to do so safely, I’m just completely stopped at a loss on how to help her.

They’ve now limited everything except how much you can chat behind a paywall 🤦‍♀️

I’ve been waiting for my go-on’s to regenerate so I started a new storyline with a different character. And now it’s saying I only have one swipe to re-write what the character says? At this point I’m better off going and writing my own fanfiction or even writing a book. This is honestly ridiculous. I understand having some things to pay for, but at this point you can barely use the app without being limited on something or a feature hiding behind a paywall.

What’s your “swear by” tricks for helping babies learn to walk?

My daughter is currently 14 months old and while I do understand not every child is the same and some do not reach their milestones at the same time, I’m trying to find ways that would actually help my daughter to learn to walk. She is currently pulling up on furniture a lot, and by watching her, I can tell that she truly does want to begin to walk, but she’s not quite there with balance and confidence to let herself walk
So what are your tips or tricks that you swear by that helps babies learn how to walk?
