'Turn back' M3 bannner

On the M3 near Winchester and also on the A34 I've seen banners hanging from bridges that I'm pretty sure say 'Bournemouth isn't safe, turn back'.

Curious if anyone knows what that's about?

'Royal Week' Christian Festival, Wadebridge 1980s?

Hi

My brother and I remember being taken to a large Christian festival a couple of times during the 1980s. I'm pretty sure it was at the showground in Wadebridge and we always referred to it as 'Royal Week'.

I was wondering if I could find some pictures of it but I can't find any reference to it online at all, or even anything vaguely similar before ~2000.

Does anyone know what festival I might be thinking of?

ELI5 - Why is there a 'goldilocks zone' for TV volume?

If the TV volume is too quiet, but still loud enough to make out the dialogue, then this feels uncomfortable.

If the TV volume is too loud, but still well below the threshold of causing pain or damage, then this also feels uncomfortable.

Why is this?

Automation game, low performance

Hi - looking for a game like Factorio, Factory Town, Beavertown. Something that will play well on an old laptop, so probably 2D/top-down.

I like a tech tree to unlock but it's for holiday so don't want a steep learning curve.

Games I've tried and not got on with:

- Terraria: Appreciate not an automation game but often recommended. Feels like too much of a learning curve

- Captain of Industry: Seems too 'busy' and hard to learn

- Shapez/2: Maybe I need a bit more story/premise/immersion

Thanks!
