I live in Vegas January 8th I smoke weed at night and drive, I tried driving safest I possibly could, I really focus well. All I remember 3 hours later, I was driving straight and accept a doordash delivery order. Afterwards cop comes in big DUI van. Says I was swerving, gives me sobriety test, puts me in jail. Fast forward to May 31st. I went to gay boyfriends friends fiesta. I refused to drink that night, my boyfriend still gives me 3 tiny sips of alcohol, 2 seltzer smirnoff, 1 buzzball. This was in the time span of 5 hours. I leave middle of night, boyfriend was rekt drunk, he threw a cake out my car because it spilled on my car. Next thing I know cop comes. Says my lights were out, was faulty lights. I refuse sobriety test, breathalyzer and was taken to jail. Got bailed on, now I have court next week for the 2nd Dui. I am supposed to get a status check for the 1st one two days later. Whats going to happen to me? The judge knocked the first to reckless driving and I am scared if I am going to jail for no reason. Whats going to happen to me?

I DON'T BELIEVE I DID ANYTHING WRONG.

I had 1 sip of a seltzer smirnoff 1 hour, I had another tiny sip of it again an hour later, I had a small sip of a buzzball an hour later, i was at a party fiesta with my gay boyfriend, we left 2 hours later, he was very drunk, threw a cake out the window cause it splattered in my car, he wasnt careful with it. Next thing I know cop stops me says my tail light was out, false, now I hear headlights from the court phone, my registration was expired the day of, that should be dismissed I was struggling and was about to get a paycheck the day of to pay it off that day and then said my past dwi from a marijuana charge but I didn't even smoke that night either, he said he smelled alcohol on me and threw me in the books. Does this really count as enough alcohol for them to prosecute me? I don't believe this and I have court 2 weeks. How do I get out of this?

This is my second one this year, first was suspicions of marijuana because i swerved, I've been sober for 3 hours doing doordash at 2 am. This time it was because I tasted 3 sips of alcohol in the span of 5 hours. They told me it was a 0.08, i refused because i didnt believe it. Got too overwhelmed. Got court in 2 weeks. I am proving not guilty. What's happening to me?

Happened in Las Vegas NV in December 2024. I was having a wonderful year, super good year. I am driving one morning and I am passing an intersection on a rural street way. As I drive down hill, there was a white pick up hatch back looking car on the intersection next to me comes out and smashes T-bones right into me. Smashes the whole side. He makes a UTurn up hill and drives away leaving me stunned. I pay 3 grand to fix it. Why me.

I'm driving in my beautiful toyota ( you know, like the one you have) one morning, I'm driving south downhill, theres a hatch back white car coming to the side next to me. As soon as I pass him, this guy literally starts his gas and t-bones right into me as if it were some kind of intent, I'm shook, construction service with blind spots was all over me, cones and everything. The side of my car is now full on dented up and this hatch back hits and runs me by turning the corner North and runs away. The construction does nothing about it. I got too stunned to chase him. Now I look like a sitting duck ruined my whole year and cost me 3000$ (couldve been way more but I got hooked up). Why.... wheres the justice. Happened December 2024 and I'm still angry about this.
