So many items for delivery become out of stock... what's the point of delivery pass?

I've noticed that lately I've been getting a lot of notifications for out of stock items with constant refunds and no replacements offers.

I'll be told the item is out of stock items despite the website showing it's in stock. It's very upsetting cause half the time I'm not offered a replacement or anything, so I just don't get a lot of items that I need.

I also feel like my orders are getting picked very late in the window. I do later orders cause that's when I'm home, but I'm thinking I need to switch to mornings when I'm actually at home (I work). The orders are typically small.

I live in a densely populated area but my local Walmart is still far for me to go myself. I'm starting to think this delivery pass is a waste of money.

Coworker holding grudge for years (do I approach?)

I have this coworker who is not on my team but in my department that always seems to ignore me or get quiet around me. We had a work conflict YEARS ago (miscommunication) and since then she’s been the same.

I’ve tried to bury the hatchet at social events and she seems more approachable when inebriated (obviously, and I don’t drink so that could be it), but after that she goes right back to being an ice queen with me. She is a VERY chatty person but always seems to single me out. I am more quiet but I do engage and am friendly with people. I left her alone though cause I wasn’t sure why she would have a problem with me.

Now I recently moved desks so I am closer to her and noticed she’s a bit passive aggressive. She wasn’t there last week but this morning me and her are the only ones here and she left her umbrella near the window where I sit.. annoying cause now how do I access the windows without moving it? But what bothered me is her doing so and just going to her desk not saying morning or anything considering I’m sitting here new.

I tried to say morning how are you etc. she responded, asked her a question about a garbage can that was near my desk, turns out it’s hers and she had moved it over, but she wasn’t exactly nice answering about it. I asked her how she was she said good how are you and I said something about the weather. She didn’t respond. That was it.

Now guys I don’t want to have weird energy with anyone in this office. There are like 2 or 3 people who act like this with me and I’m annoyed with it. I want to know if you guys think I should ask her like what’s up or how I can do it to just move on from the weirdness. Thoughts?
