Hi! I have a forerunner 265. I recently got a home trainer for my bike. I started using it, trying to get used to it. I hopped on and decided to do a zone 2 ride. I looked at my heart rate and it didn't really want to climb to 140bpm (which is my zone 2 according to garmin). I pushed harder and harder to get there but I could feel that i was above my zone 2, i couldn't really talk more than a few words without gasping for a little air. I could also feel that I was pushing more power to the pedals than I would do on an outwards ride. But whatever, maybe I'm imagining stuff. I decided to also take an ftp test. During that test my heart rate didn't go past 185. Garmin says my max hr is 207 (I am 20 years old). I never tested it, but I did go by mistake in the 190s on the street, so I thought it was pretty accurate.

I've tried moving it upper in the arm, tightening it more. I even tried to keep it on my chest with my hands and the reading was the same.
The readings are consistent, they are just lower

Eventually i get all sorts of pain, but mainly i feel like I put a lot of weight on my hands which causes palm and neck pain. 1.75M 79KG I wear only normal shoes when riding, i don't have clipless

I just discovered the whole "courses" feature and said "let's try it". I created a course in the app, sent to my watch and got on the bike. I was on a bridge and the watch was telling me to go left. On the left there was a field and then a whole highway. I thought I was tripping. I got home and looked at the course. Indeed, the watch though that the field was on the same level as the bridge somehow. Idk why it was trying to put me on a field as I have a road bike. Can I somehow make it not tell me to jump off bridges?

Salut! Ca sa dau niste informatii: am o bicicleta de sosea, stau in zona piata Trapezului (Pallady). M-am mutat in Bucuresti de mai bine de un an dar imi dau seama ca nu stiu deloc orasul, pe oriunde am mers, am fost cu metroul.

1. Cum ajung cu bicla pana la Aviatorilor? Am iesit azi la o tura (prin tot orasul) si era sa intru din greseala in 3 pasaje diferite unde nu am voie cu bicicleta si sa ma urc pe un pod. Am mers cu google maps si "din ochi".
2. In zona asta, ce ture pot sa fac unde sa nu fie semafoare, trafic? Momentan ma duc pe Lunca Cetatii si ma tot invart pe bucata aia de drum (vad ca sunt mai multe persoane care fac asta)
