Help with my dying monstera

When I got this monstera it was reasonably healthy, but it has been drooping and my cat has been pulling off leaves. I added a moss poll to help with the drooping and put it up where my cat hopefully won't be interested in it but I would love any other tips because it seems like there are other health issues besides being messed with by a cat.

I'm watering it when the soil feels dry one inch down

Crown rot and more? Any hope for my orchid?

My first orchid was damaged in a hot car and for the past week I've been trying to help it recover by keeping it in very indirect light and watering it only after it dries out. Now I think this may be crown rot and I'm not sure what to do or if there is anything I can do. Flowers are dropping from the heat in the car, but haven't fallen off yet, however a few leaves have fallen off and the remaining one looks unhealthy. I repotted it today into a ceramic orchid pot with holes from the original pot and added in some orchid potting moss. I honestly feel like I'm messing it up more but I really really want to save her. Any tips or is she a goner?

Orchid left in hot car

Today I bought my first orchid from whole foods and it was left in a hot car for around three hours. Totally my fault. Sad. When I bought it, it looked normal besides silver roots. After it was in the car, the flowers wilted. Im wondering if there is anything to do to save it? I was able to get green for the most part after a 15 min soak, however Im not sure if I should soak longer until all green. Even if the flowers aren't salvageable, I'd love recommendations on how to care for it. Thank you and I'm sorry to my plant.

She's in the pot and soil from today when I bought her which is a plastic container with drainage and a ceramic pot. she is now in lower indirect light since I assume she may have gotten burnt today. So far I watered her by soaking the plastic container in a bowl of water for 15 mins
