Is this weird or immoral?

TW: taxidermy Mentions of death

When my baby dies I want to cremate her internal body parts and have them made into a glass pendant and to taxidermy her fur.

But I feel extremely guilty for wanting this because I don't want to disrespect her body. And people say that it's weird.

My selfish reasons for wanting this are because I cannot bare the thought of being without her and the thought of her decomposing. And the fact that I don't believe in souls, I only believe in consciousness, (life is caused by the structures in a body), so if I didn't do the things I want to do then it would be like she is no longer with me. And I want to be able to stroke her fur when she is gone.

I have a very visual brain so the thought of her decomposing is a extremely distressing image in my mind and once she has passed away I would not be able to think of anything else. It seems so cruel to let an animal rot to me.

Am I evil and psychotic for wanting to do these things when she passes away?

She is healthy and well at the moment so don't worry. ❤️ But I just wanted to think about this now so that I can be calmer when she does eventually pass away.

I think the mods should ban AI.

I have recently been seeing disrespect ai generated images of Peter (the original voice of Wallace) that made me incredibly uncomfortable. I think ai should be banned here due to how bad it is for the environment and how un-creative it is. Mods please ban AI slop.

EDIT: ai is already banned hopefully when we get more new mods they can delete ai posts quickly

I hope it isn't ai :( I saw it on the one show and was immediately suspicious

Hi from the UK. I was watching the one show tonight and they had a story about an art exhibition and this piece was accepted into the exhibition. Sorry for the poor quality photo. Is it ai?
