Warranty claim for Color Drops
Has anyone had experience with warranty claims on Color Drops? The lid on my Feeling Swell broke and I filed in the claim that it was from the Feeling Swell color drop. The warranty claim was approved and they sent me the gift card. Slight problem - I don’t understand how I’m supposed to replace just the lid of the Color Drop? I’d be less annoyed if it truly sold out, but the color way is still available for purchase. I don’t want to have a mismatch lid because of something they agreed was their fault :(

I’m not a massive fan (not really a fan at all lol) but I check on his channel every now and then to see if theres any updates. I saw his playlist was updated 5 days ago? I wasn’t sure if that’s something he did manually or if it was a copyright issue/something along those lines. I just thought it to be funny timing because I havent checked in probably a year and saw something updated within the past week lmao
