So just wanted to talk about the time frames for results, I was under the assumption from seeing all these “naturals” on line saying how quick they do the transformations
So I started my complete lock-in , in January 2025
I counted every calorie, constant weights and cardio
A year later I got the following result, -14kg , yeah I felt better but I was shocked it took me a whole year to loose that much
Then I decided to try Reta and 200mg test e weekly
In 2 months (picture below) I lost 8kg and strength went up
I just wanted to say to the naturals out there that might be down on them selves coz they aren’t progressing , you absolutely are. Dont fall into what these influencers post like I did
PS I know my build is achievable natural 100% it’s nothing special but would love some advice on what needs to change or improve
