hi i just wanted to share a success story of mine! i started a while ago, and when i had started i felt absolutely no sensation in fingering/penetration. i was still able to feel from my clit but i felt like i was missing out to another aspect of myself.
tonight was my first time feeling pleasure with fingering which i never thought i was going to (i was really loosing hope, and pompoir was one of the only things i hadn’t tried!) in addition to just feeling pleasure the consistency and routine also helped me add light daily yoga and healthy habits as a whole into my routine which i had trouble with prior to pompoir which i found to be a really nice side benefit to just having something u work on daily. definitely feel a lot more confident and happy in my body aswell, and suggested this to one of my girls.

besides that been trying to use recently volufiline to add volume on my lips so hopefully my side profile will eventually even up after some volume. i feel like my lips aren’t the best on the side in general but i think has been improving?

i recently got into pompoir and reading the gohdess book on it but i’m having trouble with doing the eccentric contractions due to increased pleasure and sensation. for me, i’m able to do the other aspects so far of the pulling technique but it feels too good specifically on the eccentric aspect and i’m incapable of holding my muscles. is this due to tightness or fatigue or weak muscles?
please let me know if anyone shares this experience or can let me know why it is specifically eccentric aspect, or if this is a completely normal experience for that specific training.

I’ve had this account since like grade 8 and it has 800 followers, which used to be a lana del rey stan account very briefly for like two months but was then my main account and have had it for now 5 years. I want to grow my audience this summer entering uni but i’m seeing my metrics and are a little concerned as my account is 0% on explore page…
on my account settings it notifies me I am completely ok for access to the explore page and that i’m not shadow banned and only had one warning flag in the past for a comment but was resolved. i’m just confused because with new accounts i’ve had ive atleast had a percentage shown on explore page (that being low), but 0% is really concerning to me. Should i be worried and start new?
I don’t know what to do or if it’s just better I just throw away this old account but 800 followers feels like a lot to me (maybe silly), or just try to push forward. i’m really conflicted and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
