Rogers new call centers are terrible

It took me 3 days of trying to get a spot on hold without being disconnected. Finally today waited 1.5 hours on hold only to have the worst experience with communicating with their support agent. They could barely read their scrip properly.

I haven't had to deal with an issues since they laid everyone off, wow it's bad now. I know Bell is not much better but I'm moving to them for fiber internet now so at least the speeds will be better.

When is the best time to call

Unfortunately I have tried multiple times to cancel my internet and I am unable to even get on hold because they are "extremely" busy.

What is that destination sign message I keep seeing BOC<90/70

BOC<70. It flashes every so often. I was thinking it might be battery charge of the bus. I haven't noticed enough to see if it's just electric buses.

Is 94% of asking a good offer?

I'm selling my townhouse to upgrade to a detached. The market has been slow with only a few showings. I got an offer for 94% of asking with no home inspection. I think it's probably a good deal. Do you think I should wait and see who else comes by with an offer or take the money and run to buy something bigger. Will the market improve towards summer, my crystal ball is out of juice.
