I have bought a flat with carpet area of around 1500 sft, instead of 5 AC’s I am think if I can go for VRV/VRF, what are the advantages and disadvantages with these? What are the aspects we need to think? I am planning to use one direction cassette indoor units.
Now a days most of the flats are coming with inbuilt AC Copper pipes and few with only drain pipes, what are the trade offs, I see builders may avoiding the inbuilt copper pipes to cut the cost, but what are the disadvantages?
I am going to buy the multiple AC’s for a new flat and thought of buying Daikin but found out indoor unit is very bulky and spoils the asthetics, what other options do we have where AC is reliable and long lasting with compact indoor unit.
I have applied for the HDFC bank home loan and yesterday it got sanctioned and interest rate was showing as 7.75%, while applying they told that interest rate will be around 7.15% to 7.2% on checking my CIBIL and other details. When I checked on why it is showing the 7.75% then they told that actual interest rate will be shown after the disbursement, is this how it works or am I getting scammed?
Does all gated communities have CC cameras in the floors or only in the specific locations, we opt for gated community for the safety and security but if the builder is not offering to place the CC cameras in the corridors on the floors what is the use of it?
I am planning to buy a flat from early investor and during the negotiation I have asked for Handover experts inspection to check if there are any issues in the flat, but I got the response that builder won’t allow to do that. Is it really common with most builders?
