GG Signet just dropped--What would you roll off for vuln?

Finally got a nice Saboteur's Signet for my DT Rogue and haven't enchanted it yet. I hate to roll off either GA, but I'm leaning toward replacing dex with vuln. Opinions are welcome, so what's yours?

Context:

First pic is the new signet; other pics are the rest of my gear

I have enough cooldown without putting it on this ring, plus I've got enough attack speed for the 10 frame variant as long as I use Asheara's rather than Rustbitten.

38 DT ranks plus 246 energy in town

Feel free to offer any ideas on how to improve the rest of the gear for pushing. I'm holding out for better rerolls and max aspect on the amulet...

Is Anger Management disabled as a transfiguration option?

I just burned 100 Kullean prisms without it showing up even once. Has it been disabled or am I just incredibly unlucky? Google says others have reported not finding it in the pool recently ('early June') but nothing official...

Has anyone else seen these batch shopping orders with 3 customers? I know they've been doing two customers per shopping order for a while, but now three?? Between this and how they've been adding web orders to regular pickups, I fear this gig is pretty much done.
