Hi all, curious on how many of you use a trash valet service and if you have any complaints or things you wish they’d do differently?
I’m starting a service for my area (super small, just me and hubs doing a few enclosed buildings) and want to provide the best service possible.

Hey guys, sorry if this has an obvious solution but I have looked everywhere I can think of and haven’t found one. What are you supposed to do when you have picked up a customer’s order and get stuck at a railroad crossing with a train going through?
I live in an area with fairly regular freight trains, and in some of the areas surrounding my town there literally isn’t a way around them, you just have to wait until it goes by. And they are LONG. Like 7-9 minutes regularly.
I got a contract violation for being 7 minutes late on a drop off (even though I communicated with the customer and they were fine) and my dispute was rejected, so the next time it happened I looked all over the app for how to report what the delay was but I don’t see a “big ass train between me and the drop off point” as an option anywhere.
Any help or thoughts are appreciated.
