Tried on the PRX in 35mm and 40mm

Tried out both. I think the 35 fits my wrist better but it almost feels too small. What do you think?

Can my boss adjust my pay after making large bonus?

I’ve been working for an electronics repair company for a few years and the pay has been OK. About industry standard. I started at $20 an hour and am now at $25 an hour plus tips and occasional small bonuses ($3-500 a month)

I am in management so I have been presented with an annual contract every year. This year my bonus structure laid out in the contract was very different. My bonus has been a % based off of profit at the end of the month which normally ended up being a couple hundred dollars. This year, my offer was this:
Hourly compensation down from 25 to 23
Bonus of 20% on a revenue target threshold (example: threshold of 29000 revenue- anything over the threshold I get 20% of)

I did the numbers on this new contract and it has much bigger upside for only a $2 hourly cut so I decided to take it. I’ve been on this structure for 2 months. My first bonus was $2200 and my second month was $3500. After the second month my boss said he would need to lower the numbers because my pay was ending up too high.

I stood my ground on not changing the pay, since I have a literal contract that was signed by both of us and he’s the one who came up with all of the numbers. I’m just curious, can he change my pay without my consent given we have a contract?

Hitching/stuttering on desktop

I have an issue I’ve been pulling my hair out on. I have a pc that has developed stuttering and hitching. Frame rates are high, I just get a persistent lag like hitch, primarily on the left side of the screen. I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of this. I finally changed the monitor and have narrowed it down to the monitor itself. Pc connected to a different monitor works just fine. Different pc connected to problem monitor has the hitching problem.

Stuttering persists in bios, as well as desktop. Oddly enough it seems to sometimes go away during gaming.

My question is this. What do I do about the monitor? It s a 4k 240hz oled less than 3 years old. It just seems like such a weird issue. I’ve tried different cables, freesync on/off. Reset all settings…

The monitor is using kvm with my keyboard and mouse plugged in to it. I’m using the original power supply. I’ve tried changing to 120hz. The monitor is updated to the newest firmware (f07) it’s a gigabyte FO32U2. It is under warranty but I want to avoid shipping it across the country to California. It looks like this model isn’t sold at all anymore too.

Pc specs are
9800x3d
PNY 5080
Asus b670e
1000w psu
32gb ddr5 6000

Update:
I briefly this morning disconnected my keyboard mouse and headphones from the built in KVM on the monitor. This seemed to help. Could this be a kvm or cable issue?

Problem with 5070 Z490

Having an issue I can’t figure out. I just took the 3090 out of my wife’s pc and put a 5070 in it. 5070 is a known working gpu but installed in this system it stutters and freezes and always eventually either black screen/no signals or black screen crashes. This also happens in bios.

-Fresh install of windows did not fix
-Updated bios to latest available (gigabyte aorus pro ax z490)
-Ordered new 12vhpwr adapter and made sure pcie connections are good (using 2 pcie cables each directly from the psu instead of one daisy chained)
-Tried different known working gpu (1661ti) in machine. It works fine.
-Tried 5070 in a different pcie slot
-Tried manually changing pcie from auto to 3
-Tried enabling rebar

I’m asuming at this point the issue has to be a weird compatibility thing with the z490 board but it’s so weird that the 5070 works just fine in my son’s way cheaper build with no issues. 5070 just does not like this machine.

Should not be a power supply problem. The prior configuration was a 3090fe using a 2 split 12vhpwr adapter, same as the 5070.

Specs listed below

I9 10900k
32gb ddr4
Gigabyte z490 pro ax
1000w xpg core psu
