Is this mold? I don’t think so but don’t know.
Been smelling a musty smell on this strip of carrot for a while.

Been smelling a musty smell on this strip of carrot for a while.
We have a front loader that is the bane of my existence. Once it dies in like 8 years I am going back to a top loader so I can soak things…
Anyway. I could deal with it when I only needed to use vinegar for a few loads, but like, everybody’s clothes are sweaty these days, toddler’s clothes smell like pee because of potty training. I use liquid Tide Free and Clear, but I am starting to feel like it’s ridiculous that the clothes dont at least smell not bad after being in the wash. And my socks still look dirty!
(Also, it’s not the washer making them stink - if the clothes smell fine when they go in, they come out smelling fine too.)
We’ve always done it, but ya know, we also use fluoridated toothpaste, have fluoridated water… just wondering what others think.
I prefer bike shorts for the lack of riding up and the tummy shrinking, but they are obviously thick and synthetic and I am still breastfeeding and HOT. Any cool options? I am passing out on these days where it feels like 112.
I am just always looking to see if someone has a new suggestion. The last time I had a relatively fitting bra, it was a Curvy Kate Ellace in 30G. It cut into the top of my breasts a bit and there was a small bit of empty space at the top, but the wires didn’t slide down and sit on my ribs painfully, which is ALL I’m asking for.
Ewa BM was ok sometimes but the wires were too narrow for comfort. The wires of CHP and S were a bit ridiculous and heavy, but I often wore a PL in a size too big and it was bearable.
Lately I have tried Elomi Morgan and Matilda, and the cup has fit me best in the 34K and 34JJ range, but the band rides up and the wires do slip. I have to tighten the straps a LOT. But if I go down to a 32, the wires are more painful on my ribs and the band is clearly being stressed, even with an extender. They’re also super wide on me, but I wouldn’t care about that if they were still comfortable.
I tried lots of Cleo bras, plus Panache Jasmine and Envy back in the day, and the underwire sitting on my ribs was always the main problem. At the time we thought it was an immediate projection thing, but I now think it was projection plus my center fullness pushing the wires out and down.
Measurements:
Leaning 52
Standing 45.5
Lying 48
Loose 33.5
Snug 32.75
Tight 31.75
I believe the calculator said 34K but that 32KK might be more supportive. I am now 14 months into breastfeeding my second child with very pendulous breasts and have been wearing a wireless nursing bra for the last four years. Thanks if any thoughts.
Edit
Hi. I am looking for any recs for an unlined bra somewhere from 32JJ/K - 34J/JJ. I am center full, never quite sure if I am bottom full or just need a good deal of immediate projection, and my roots are probably average? They’re usually slightly too wide for Ewa’s BM wires, at least.
I have tried… a LOT of bras on and off over the last 10 years, and all I’m ever looking for is for the wires to stay up and not be painful on my ribs. I’ve been wearing wireless nursing bras for the last four years, and occasionally an Ewa PL when I wanted to feel fancier, but it no longer fits.
I recently tried Elomi Morgan and Lucie. They were all too wide, but there were some specific things I liked that I’m hoping I could find in another bra.
Morgan 34JJ
This one was pretty good, but the wires toward the outer ribs started slipping. The band was riding up, had to tighten the straps a lot. The gore was sitting on breast tissue but the wires weren’t slipping a whole lot in the middle. I had such high hopes for the 32K after trying this one.
Morgan 32K
Cut into top a bit, gore wouldn’t tack. Wires super wide. Had to tighten the straps a good bit to get them to stay up. Still the wrinkling and slipping outer side of wire. Back weirdly riding up.
Lucie 32JJ
Wire right next to the gore actually followed my IMF really well but then slid down really quickly. Couldn’t get the wires to stay up for even a second. Is it because the cup is too small or not enough of something else? I really liked the plunge and the stretch lace, but I could not find it in a K cup to try and I would love to find something similar with narrower wires.
Thanks… I find I’ve sized out of a lot of bras with my new postpartum size and it’s harder to even find things to try.
Edit: forgot to say I’ve got a couple Ewa PLMs in my cart because I’ve never tried them before, but I’m unsure what size to go with. My Ewa PL is an 80J and I think I might need two cup sizes up in that, but the band also seems to ride up a bit, but 75 seems like it would be too tight. Plus Miseczki is out of some of the sizes.
Edit 2: sigh… I forgot the measurements. These are from last October but I can’t find my measuring tape to re-measure.
Leaning 50
Standing 45
Lying 48.5
Loose underbust 34
Snug 33.5
Tight 32

I am closing in on 14 months nursing my second baby and I am very tired of feeling so uncomfortable. I am technically only 10 lbs over my weight when I got pregnant with him, but about 35 lbs over the weight I was when I got pregnant with my first.
I want to make it to 18 months nursing with him, but anytime I have like 500 calories less in a day (completely guessing, no idea really) or just do a more challenging run, I can tell my boobs are so much emptier than usual. Would love any hope from anyone! lol
