🚨 Urgent Short-Term Stay: Need a Fully Furnished Room near Jain University (Jayanagar/BTM/JP Nagar) | Budget: ₹15k–18k+ | Zero Deposit

Hey Reddit/Bangalore fam! 👋
I am starting my classes at the Jain University Jayanagar campus on July 3rd, and I’m looking to secure a neat, fully furnished room/shared flat before July 10th.
Because this is a short-term transition phase while I lock down permanent housing, I am looking for a setup for exactly 1 to 2 months. I literally just want to roll up with my suitcase/clothes and start classes without dealing with heavy logistics.
Here is what I bring to the table and what I'm looking for:
🌟 About Me
I’m a focused, chill student starting an under-grad business/commerce degree.
Extremely clean, respectful of shared spaces, and quiet during study hours.
Absolutely no drama, no late-night loud parties, and 100% reliable with rent.
📍 Location Preferences
Prime targets: Jayanagar (any block), JP Nagar, BTM Layout, or Koramangala.
Basically anywhere with a seamless, quick commute to the Jayanagar 3rd Block campus.
💰 Budget & The Deposit Catch
Rent: Ready to pay ₹15,000 per month. However, if your place is incredibly well-furnished, includes utilities/Wi-Fi/housekeeping, or has an elite vibe, I am completely willing to stretch my budget up to ₹18,000+.
The Security Deposit: Because I am staying for a short 30-60 day window, I cannot pay a traditional massive security deposit. However, I am more than happy to pay the first month's rent entirely upfront on day one, sign a short-stay guest agreement, or cover a small, reasonable token fee.
If your flatmate is out of town for a couple of months, if you have a spare room you want to monetize, or if you know a great managed PG/co-living space that fits this vibe, please hit me up!
