IIEST shibpur MnC or Pec MnC
IIEST has better research culture than pec but pec has better placements. Plus MnC was introduced only this year in IIEST.
Want to go for higher studies but just in case that doesn't work out, would want to have the cushion of a decent job.

this is for 4 year degree without scholarship didnt make the rest kyuki mujhe padhai karni hai might make it after session 2
considered 10% hike for hostel and 5% for mess if theres a mistake please let me know
