Bluetooth wheel reconnected

2 studs were not broken but were missing lig nuts. 4 sheered off, only 1 was found at the scene. All 6 were replaced, new lugnuts, checked all other lugnuts around the truck. Fender is a bit bashed, door opens, will need to beat fender into submission, or replace. All the tabs on the fender flare are still clipped to the fender, so either new flare or plastic welding.

Bedroom 'closet' help!

I (48m) am asking for some design help

  1. I am about 2 hrs from an ikea, and have a truck.

  2. I am close to a menards, and have a truck

Located in the USA.

My wife and I have a split level house, and have turned the downstairs portion into the primary bedroom. Currently using one wall, as the closet, with a closetmaid system (wire rack type) and my dresser

Looking to turn the wire rack system and my dresser 'nook' into a more finished cohesive system, with doors.

Will need enough storage inside to hold the contents of what is shown

Also attached a poorly drawn, but accurately measured sketch of the wall. The air vent duct work is not movable.

Im new here, and I guess asking for help picking out precise pieces to fill the spaces

I tried using Ikea's designer, but am having difficulty finding parts that fit.

GHub hanging on loading localizations (and what seems to have fixed it for me)

Ok. This is a bit long. But this seems to have resolved my issue. I have 2 setups, one work, one personal. Work uses a lightspeed g503 , logi 1080p webcam and a g815. Ghub works fine. (These all run through a powered docking station). My personal, uses a wired g502 (old, but trusty)and a wired g512 carbon. Personal pc as of late was hanging at the dreaded loading localizations screen after waking from sleep. So bad, almost bought a different kb and mouse.

What I picked up on - this seemingly started after a few upgrades to my rig. I noticed my thermalright trofeo vision would drop out (external to case, would unplug/ replug). And once in a while my streamdeck would do the same. Typically a reboot would resolve this if I was too lazy to crawl under my desk and redo a cable...

What seems to have worked for me. When I upgraded from my 7700x to a 9950x, I also added in a 2nd nic (I run some vm's, and it helps) and I had added in an extra usb card to plug in a few devices.

My add in usb card would pull power only from the pcie slot. (This is important later) Somewhere during those upgrades (cpu, nic, usb card, streamdeck and trofeo vision (also have the lcd frozen warframe but it was fine). Is where my ghub issues started.

I remember many years back, having an issue with a logitech wheel and pedal set dropping out due to usb power issues, and then I had bought a usb card that had additional power via sata power cable.

I picked up a new version of my usb card, this one has has aux sata power. Plugging my astros, external hub, and trofeo vision into the new powered card, leaving my kb, mouse etc on motherboard ports, now 3 days in with no issues.

While my experience may vary, if you have a lot of usb devices, perhaps an add on card, with aux power may work for you as well.

Upgrade my 6 pro?

Rocking a 6 pro, with a17, my biggest issue is battery life. A17 has not been onong enough to show me a viable difference. Carrier has s26+ on sale got one for myself and for wife, in process of retirning it, hate the UI. 10pro xl is a few bucks more, should have just ordered it to start. Is it worth getting from those who went from a 6 pro to the 10 pro xl? Worst case, I just charge this one a few times on heavy use days..

EC300 "review offer" via chat message???

Not sure where else to ask, but I got a message req from someone offering a chair for review, due to my activity in an officechair sub.. The account is not seemingly associated with the company, and did not know if this is a common practice or not? Or potential scam, going to ask for shipping costs. I see the posts asking for testers here, but genuinely am not sure if this message I got was legit. Thank you in advance.

Chair company reqched out to me because I talked about my office chair?

I get that it happens to some youtubers etc asking for reviews in exchange for free product. Over on the officechair sub, Ive talked about my chair, long term etc, and been honest. I got a message req from someone with an 11y old account, with posts hidden, but searching showed me some recent comments on coffee/ barista subs. They put a name in the message, which doesnt show up when searched with the chair company. They claim free product for honest review, the grammar seems to be legit, etc. Does this happen often for "active' members of certain subs to be offered something like a $250 ish chair? I can see the potential scam if they ask for shipping costs, etc, and I am intrigued, so I did reply, and will be cautious with information, but realistically, Id need to provide atleast my address, or perhaps get some sort of voucher via their website/ amazon to order said chair.

Weird ask, recently picked up the trofeo vision, It lives in my entertainment center, for when I am gaming, using my tv instead of my primary monitor. I do not use it for this all the time, and would like to know if there is a way to use my stream deck to disable it?

Short of using an inline power switch on the usb cable, I have dug a bit and found some power shell commands to disable specific usb devices, but not sure if this is the best or easiest option. I do have some hotkeys already setup in the deck to switch primary output from monitor to tv, as well as audio to the tv. Using the deck would simplify things.

Has anyone done something similar? I do not want the display on whenever my pc is awake, so a hot key , etc to disable it would be amazing.
